How long will my order take to ship?

Currently all orders take at least 7-10 business days to ship. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak this timeframe may or may not be extended. Please be patient as we are working diligently to make sure all orders are sent out in a timely manner. Should you have an order that has not been received within 3 weeks please contact customer service at icyworldwideco@gmail.com

 

Can I make a custom colorway order with my product?

We welcome custom colorway orders for our designs as so long as our fulfillment centers have the appropriate colors available. Please email us at icyworldwideco@gmail.com to discuss any custom order inquiry.

 

What is your return/replacement policy?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order we offer a 100% refund to all of our customers. Please be aware that if you are looking to replace your product shipping charges may apply. Contact us at icyworldwideco@gmail.com.

 

I got only a portion of my order, what do I do?

Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. Additionally, we sometimes utilize different locations to fulfill our orders so if your order consists of products that have different fulfillment locations, we'll ship the products separately.
